The lawsuit contends that the company was in violation of Ohio’s Consumer Sales Act and Certificate of Vehicle Title Act. It also seeks compensation of the cost for claims. The Attorney General’s office stated that over 25 claims have been received regarding bad outcomes of purchases from the dealer.
